Sales to distributors and/or wholesalers
Special orders to distributors or wholesalers must be paid at the time of order, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
If in any case was manufactured a special order without being fully paid, the amounts payable shall in no case under any interest.
In the event that the product was manufactured and not paid by the customer on time, be directly charged $ 25.00/day cost of delay in the payment (from manufacture date to fully payment date) of said product to be paid complete, once be paid will be deliver to the customer between 3-5 business days.
